§ 10-124. Redemption prior to sale by city.

The owner of any motor vehicle which has come into the possession of the city under the provisions of this article may redeem such vehicle after its removal, but prior to its disposition, upon presentation of proper evidence of ownership and payment to the city of all charges incurred regarding towing, storing and expenses of the sale, if any. This right of redemption shall expressly terminate upon disposition of the motor vehicle by the city.
