§ 25-6. Leaving material, etc., in dangerous condition on streets without warning lights.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any material, while building or repairing any house, or doing other work, in such a condition as to endanger persons or vehicles in passing along any street, alley or public way, unless suitable lights shall be maintained at such points thereon at night to warn the public of danger.
