§ 25-106. Certain activities prohibited.

(1)

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly place telecommunications or open video facilities in the rights-of-way without complying with the terms of this article and a use agreement.

(2)

It shall be unlawful for any person to provide false, misleading, or incomplete information in an application for a use agreement.

(3)

Each unauthorized use of the rights-of-way shall be deemed to be a distinct and separate violation of this article. Each day a violation of this article continues shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
