§ 27-7. Effect of pending appeal.

During the pendency of any appeal, any permit which has been issued or approved shall be stayed until the final determination of the appeal. The development services director shall immediately notify the permittee that an appeal has been taken and that the operations sanctioned by the permit are to be held in abeyance until final determination of the appeal.
