§ 2-286. Personnel rules and regulations.

  • (1)

    Adoption. The personnel rules and regulations as prepared by the city manager or designee and recommended to the council for adoption by the city manager and as they may be from time to time amended as herein provided are hereby adopted as the personnel rules and regulations of the city and are on file in the city clerk's office.

    (2)

    Amendment. The city council may amend the personnel rules and regulations of the city by ordinance upon its own motion or upon the recommendation of the city manager.
